We are seeking a highly motivated, hands-on and detail-oriented Implementation Manager to lead on-site the successful deployment of robotic fulfillment centers for our UK and EU clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end implementation process, spearheading client communication, managing project timelines, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the seamless integration of robotic systems for our clients.
A BA degree or technical education
Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning and Coordination:
- Develop and execute detailed project plans for the implementation of robotic fulfillment centers.
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and clients to ensure all project components align with established timelines and goals.
On-site Setup and Management:
- Oversee the on-site setup of robotic systems, including hardware and software installations.
- Collaborate with installation teams to address technical challenges and ensure successful deployment.
Client Interaction:
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients during the implementation phase.
- Conduct weekly and monthly status meetings, providing project updates and addressing client inquiries.
Team Collaboration:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, technicians, and project managers, to ensure a cohesive and successful implementation process.
- Provide guidance and support to team members throughout the project.
Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including implementation plans, reports, and client communications.
- Generate regular status reports for internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Implementation Manager, preferably in the robotics or retail industries.
- Strong project management skills with a track record of successful project implementations.
- Technical background with a good understanding of robotic systems and automation technologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and internal teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
